Your bid sentences, the questions you're asked, the answers you give and the resulting intent are logged so they can be analysed to improve the system. They're kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically.
Your sentences are sent to Anthropic's API to be read. Please don't type anything you wouldn't want recorded — a reason for wanting a day off is useful to us, but you don't need to give one.
Reading from CrewBid. If you install the xyzBid extension, xyzBid can read from your own CrewBid session when you press a button: your bid groups, the bid pack documents everyone on your fleet shares, and your skeleton roster. We keep the shared pack documents. From your skeleton roster we keep only what your bid needs — your days, carry-in trips, credit and bank — and delete it when the bid window for that month closes. The skeleton file itself is not kept. It never reads documents about other pilots, never sees your BA password, and never writes to CrewBid.
